- Roasting – Orafio and its high Robusta content remains a light blend that displays brown caramel, liquorice and spicy notes, with a hint of acidity and a long-lasting, pleasantly bitter aftertaste. Arabicas are roasted more strongly and for a shorter period of time to nuance the intensity.
- Origin – T his blend combines high-quality, naturally processed Robustas from Uganda with fine Arabicas from Brazil and Costa Rica.
- Taste – In a Latte Macchiato recipe, the coffee character of Orafio softens, giving way to sweet caramel and smooth milky notes. Oat milk and its slightly sweet and vanilla notes naturally reinforce the caramel notes of the coffee.
