First Cup Coffee Service Corp. ships orders from Monday to Friday. All orders received by 1:00 p.m. EST will be processed and shipped that same day (depending on stock availability). Most orders are delivered by Purolator.

All U.S. orders are shipped by Purolator or UPS. Depending on which state you reside, the shipping times may vary. On average the total shipping time is 3-5 business days.


For a limited time, First Cup Coffee Service Corp. is shipping all orders to Canadian residents at a flat rate of $15.00 CDN per order. This offer is available to Canadian addresses only.

When you purchase a product from, we ask you to provide information required to fulfill your order. We do not require you to create an account to place an order... you may place an order as a Guest. You will need to provide your name, email address, phone, shipping address, and billing address in order to process an order. Returns & Replacements

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange.

This return policy Does Not Apply To Coffee Makers. Coffee Makers cannot be returned.

Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.
