- Roasting - Orafio and its high Robusta content remains a light blend that displays brown caramel, liquorice and spicy notes, with a hint of acidity and a long-lasting, pleasantly bitter aftertaste. Arabicas are roasted more strongly and for a shorter period of time to nuance the intensity.
- Origin - T his blend combines high-quality, naturally processed Robustas from Uganda with fine Arabicas from Brazil and Costa Rica.
- Taste - In a Latte Macchiato recipe, the coffee character of Orafio softens, giving way to sweet caramel and smooth milky notes.
