Master Origins Colombia - The cooler climate of the high-altitude Colombia Aguadas mountains means the coffee takes longer to ferment. The classic washed coffee processing method is complex and time-consuming, but up here it calls for even more skill.

• Roasting - We separate this coffee in 2 batches for roasting. Most of it is given a fast and light roast, and a smaller portion is roasted a little longer and deeper to add complexity to the cup.
• Origin - This fully-washed coffee is sourced in the high-altitude region of Aguadas, in Colombia.
• Taste - The longer fermentation of high-grown Colombian Arabica delivers a particularly juicy and fruity, sweet cup. Pairs perfectly with milk.
• Contents & Allergens - 10 capsules of roast and ground coffee for the Nespresso system.

You’ll do a double take with Master Origins Mexico with double washed Robusta - because selective hand-picking and thoroughly washing was once only for Arabica.

• Roasting - The Arabica coffee beans are given a medium roast and the uncommon Double Washed Robusta coffee beans get a long and deep roast.
• Origin - Both the Arabicas and Robustas from this coffee come from Mexico.
• Taste - The producers of this coffee began with the same approach to their Robusta as they would for Arabica. So, they developed this peerless process of double washing Robusta. It ends in your cup as a rich coffee with intense roasted woody and spicy notes, thick texture and low acidity.
  As a coffee with milk, the distinct spicy note remains. You’ll taste a hint of fine woody notes dancing through this Mexican coffee. The combination of oat milk with a coffee with woody and spicy notes is a combination that can reveal interesting nuances. Oat milk, with its natural sweetness and creamy texture, will soften the sometimes intense spicy notes of some coffees. It also brings a roundness that balances woody and spicy flavors, creating a more balanced cup that is comforting.
